What You Can Expect

SUNDAYS: Disciple Pathways 9:30am. Family Worship 10:30am. 

Well, our building is a converted bar and bait shop - we like to tell that story - and the church offices have a weird gravitational pull to the south.  

The building's rural, the congregation's mostly suburban, and the ministry's mostly urban (that's West Sac for you).   Our pastor doesn't tuck his shirt in often, but his tennis shoes usually match. 

Most of all, our hope is that you simply find a place of God's warmth and blessing at Lighthouse. Dress is casual, music is contemporary, preaching is Biblical.

On Sunday, we begin at 9:30am with children's activities and our adult Disciple Pathways gatherings. Then at 10:30am we come together for our inter-generational Family Worship service - a time of praising and growing in God together. Sunday School for the kids runs during the sermon. 

We don't mind if you drink coffee in the sanctuary - in fact, we'll provide it - and we hope you'll stick around, learn some names, let the kids play on the playground awhile, and share some community with us. Feel at home and welcomed. Together, we can discover and explore some amazing stuff about God's kingdom.

We believe God's table has room for all who put their trust in him. And we believe that we're privileged to be pilgrims on the road together.
